WHATS LEASING?
Leasing instrumentals gives no ownership rights to the owner or artist that uses it which means that multiple artist can lease the same beat. Most artists do this for mixtapes, cover songs, & demos. You can lease a beat and if you decide you want full rights, you will just have to pay for the remaining balance and no other artist can use your record.
WHATS FULL RIGHTS?
Full rights gives the artist full rights with producer to use the record without the producer leasing or selling it to other artist. Artist who have previously leased that beat will only be aloud to use the instrumental for mixtapes. Folks buy beats full rights to put thier records on albums.
Eazy Rocc will only sell full rights if your project is going to sell digitally and physically in stores.
